CrossFit Kids

The kids class builds on the foundation of FUN. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFits foundational and auxillary movements and the time frame extends to accomodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6th. Our goal is to develop and improve general fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. But overall the focus is on FUN.


This is our 30 min class that is fast paced and fun. It combines simple bodyweight, gymnastics and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. It’s short, sweet and perfect for getting in and getting out!
