Every 3 Minutes for 15:00:
Set 1: 5 reps
Set 2: 4 reps
Set 3: 3 reps
Set 4: 2 reps
Set 5: 1 rep

-Sets should be challenging
-Failed set is OK, just move on to the next set when it comes up.
-The goal is also to be able to increase load each set.
**This is not a 1 rep max testing day, do not go light on the prior 4 sets to leave energy in the tank for the last set.
